It’s another beautiful day in California! And it's a good time to visit the Mission in San Juan Capistrano. It’s long overdue, I can’t even remember the last time I was here. This Spanish Mission was founded on All Saints’ Day in 1776. And is best known for the annual “return of the swallows” which takes place around the third week of March. Labor Day Lunch
In celebration of Labor Day, we had lunch at P.F. Chang's, one of our fave restaurant. Perfect timing too, my hubby scored a gift card for this place from work. Tchaikovsky Spectacular Concert in Irvine
We went to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater yesterday to watch the Pacific Symphony's last summer festival performance of the year. It was a beautiful day! Beach Day
Pardon the pic quality, I accidentally changed my camera's setting. We went to Huntington beach today to get some sun and breath of fresh air. We brought food for brunch, ate inside our tent, and had a great time. The delightful sound of the waves crashing against the sand and the sight of the beautiful ocean was very relaxing. Our Vatican Museums Tour
Here are details and photos from our Vatican Museums tour including Raphael Rooms and Loggia, the Borgia Apartment, (Sistine Chapel - no photos were allowed), and St. Peter's Basilica.
