We had a busy and memorable second day in Paris. We enjoyed a half day tour of Giverny in the morning. In the afternoon, we strolled around, relaxed, and enjoyed the Tuileries Garden. On our way back to our hotel, we had sandwiches at a Champs Elysées cafe for a late lunch and still had time to rest for a few hours before going on our next tours. Day - 2 Paris to Giverny Trip A visit to Monet's home and garden in Giverny We booked a tour that included a 90 minute coach ride from Paris to Giverny and vice versa. The start of our 8-day trip in Paris! After checking-in and settling into our hotel room, we were ready to explore our surroundings. Our hotel, the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe is located in the 8th arrondissement, just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe.
