Spent some more quality time with hubby today. We had lunch at Five Guys Burgers and Fries, saw a movie, and checked out a Veterans Memorial Center we spotted on our way back to Cocoa Beach. It was good but not as good as an In-N-Out burger Lest We Forget... Thank You to all the men and women that have, currently, and will serve. The Brevard Memorial Center and Museum is free - there's a donation box in the museum... Worth a visit if ... View the Post
Morikami Museum in Delray Beach, FL
We went to The Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, earlier today. It started to rain in Cocoa Beach when we left. We were hoping for better weather in Delray Beach - the opposite direction of where we came from. The weather was a lot nicer :) There was no sign of rain...yet. We spent a couple of hours exploring and taking photos, had a late lunch, and spent some time at the museum ... View the Post

Pastel Colored Skies
Today is Day 5 of my three-week vacation in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Our destination on this sunny Sunday afternoon was Captain J's restaurant for an early dinner. It's a short leisure walk from the condo. Here are a few photos I took along the way. We picked this restaurant for the view. The food was okay and the service was good. No complaints, we came for the view. In just about an hour, the sunny afternoon at the beach turned into a sky filled with ... View the Post
A Day in Miami
We are going on a Caribbean Cruise tomorrow :) We planned to arrive a day early in Miami to sight-see and have plenty of time to spare for tomorrow's embarkation process. Our home for one night We had dinner at this restaurant (can't remember the name.) These were the best Mojitos we ever had! Even though we did not venture out too far, we still had fun strolling around the area and I did a little shopping. And it's time to call it a ... View the Post
