Impressionist art and painters were the focus of our 4th day in Paris. We spent a whole day in the 18th arrondissement of Paris and learned a lot from our Walking Tour in Monmartre.
Walking Tour in Monmartre
Our guide led us to the building where Van Gogh lived and showed us the building and inspiration for one of Van Gogh’s paintings View of Paris. We visited Moulin de la Galette, saw a few windmills, walked by Le Clos Monmartre vineyard, and ended our tour at the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur.

All the sandwiches we tried in Paris were good but Monmartre had the best baguette sandwiches and pastries! We planned to come back here and have lunch before we leave for LA.
Our tour guide made this Walking Tour of Monmartre a fun, informative, and enjoyable experience! We couldn’t have picked a better day or tour to explore Monmartre!
Have a great day!
